Nursing Careers at UHS – Ideal

Ideal’s skilled nursing facility provides care for residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Licensed staff, including RNs, LPNs and CNAs, who are hired to work at Ideal may be eligible for tuition forgiveness and sign-on bonuses as listed.

Registered Nurses (RN) – $5,000 sign-on bonus
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) – $5,000 sign-on bonus
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) – $1,000 sign-on bonus

Special Program: CNA Training

Apply to be a CNA Trainee and get paid to work toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. UHS Senior Living at Ideal hosts an on-site CNA training program with a licensed educator.

Complete your coursework and clinical hours in five weeks as you work as a nursing assistant at Ideal. UHS will pay for your certification exam and guarantee a spot for you as a CNA in our skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start their career in healthcare.
